In the world of Ax’Till’Idor, eight divine beings shaped the laws of existence—time, space, gravity, stars, balance, life and death. Yet one of them, Octer, created something far more dangerous: Chance. When the gods turned on him, hoping to erase his mistake, their plan failed. By accident—or perhaps by design—Octer’s essence was reborn in a young outcast named Ishkar. Half Litrak, half Moran, Ishkar has never belonged.
